Griffith University's Relational Insights Data Lab (RIDL) is commited to building and supporting thriving communities. We help our partners and clients unlock the power of data by combining open and sensitive data sources and by using 'place' as the data linking framework. At Griffith University and RIDL we leverage research expertise across all projects to ensure they are executed with scientific rigour. We have identified 4 programs of work which allow us to effectively and efficiently support communities across Australia: 1. Equip place-based mission-led organisations with data 2. Create data capability within communities 3. Advance transdisciplinary research 4. Establish and support data collaboratives (reach out if you want to collaborate) A little data can go a long way when it’s put into the hands of committed communities. So, whether it’s the need for community health services or getting their children’s education off to a flying start it’s important to turn data into insights enabling communities to drive evidence informed action. RIDL makes data matter.
