Griid operates an online tennis court booking platform intended to become a social network for tennis players. griid is an online social media app for tennis players to connect and be part of the world’s biggest tennis club. Using our app, players can meet other players that are nearby and of the right skill level. We are a Korean-based startup born out of the frustration of wanting to play a game of tennis but not having a partner available. It became our mission to solve this problem for players worldwide. Our app lets players network near and far and share their tennis life through posts with pictures and short videos to help create connections between people who share the same passions and interests. Taking it a step further than just your average social media app, griid has the function to let players reserve tennis courts, find coaches, book lessons, and provide local information about local courts and communities.
