Grimtech is a preeminent construction company in India which has established its prowess in the field of deep foundations. The company laid its own foundation in the late 1970s as a consultancy and it went on to design foundation works for distinguished projects such as the Rocket Launching pad at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh, as well as the Asian games held in 1982, Delhi. In 1986, the company got into the construction of foundation work through conventional methods such as manual auger, percussion and DMC (Direct Mud Circulation) method.
Grimtech’s passion, concern & their reformist nature goes through a spectrum of responsibilities beginning at the very foundation, as they did by constructing the inaugural facilities for behemoths like Reliance Industries, ONGC, NTPC and ESSAR in Hazira, Gujarat. When the foundation industry was at a nascent stage of development, they pioneered the use of Hydraulic Rotary Rigs in the northern and western hemisphere of India which improved the much needed productivity of construction and enhanced the quality of modern India’s infrastructure.
Today, Grimtech has worked across various states in the country for monuments of national importance, under breathtaking geological conditions and across multiple lines of businesses such as Ports, Highways, Bridges, Airports, Metros, Industries, Power Transmission lines, etc. The company has also taken various initiatives to promote the industry by participating in & supporting organisations like the Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS) and Deep Foundation Institute of India (DFI).
