Ayo S. Peters is a young entrepreneur who established his own record label at the age of 17 - A dream he continued from the age of 14, which stems from his own words, "I have always loved the idea of helping artists, supporting their creative vision and representing them."
While studying at Westminster University, where he graduated in 2024, Ayo was able to establish his own production company and utilised his skills to offer high-quality music and video production services. He took the vision further, also entered the event management world under the Grind and Ghost umbrella followed by an internationally run record label, established by Cameron Dankwa.
With Cameron, he expanded by incorporating a publishing and distribution branch to enable more artists to reach new heights. The mission with Grind and Ghost is to collaborate with creative and passionate individuals all over the world to provide services to artists and the music industry.
Led by his drive to give back to society, Ayo also founded his own CIC (Community Interest Company) to benefit young people across a range of various career paths, creating opportunities for individuals who have walked where he has and bringing people together through various art forms.
