Graziano Ramina Industries Srl – GR Industries – was born in 2020 thanks to the thirty-year experience of Ramina Srl. The company is specialized in the production and trading of non-woven fabrics for the healthcare industry and has a strategic role in the Ramina Group.
In the face of the new economic scenarios and the increasing production needs of the market, GR Industries assumes a strategic role within the Ramina Group.
GR Industries is based on its internal production cycle that distinguishes it for Technology and Innovation. By obtaining the "Made in Italy" certification in 2020, we guarantee our customers Reliability and Quality.
During 2021 we will increase our production and emerge as one of the major TNT producers in Europe.
COMPANY HISTORY
The first week of March 2020, Ramina Srl carries out the commissioning of Leonardo 1.0 in a continuous 24/7 cycle to cope with the Covid-19 health emergency and the lack of Meltblown in Europe.
While Ramina Srl continues to manufacture machines and turn-key plants for the nonwoven industry, the company GR Industries begins to take shape as an independent reality.
The demand is very high and high qualified personnel actively contribute to the growth of the company. The first GR Industries batches are produced at the beginning of September.
OUR PRODUCTION
- MELTBLOWN is a non-woven fabric obtained by the extrusion of polymer filaments.
Its softness, elasticity and electrostatic charge make it suitable as filtering material for several applications.
Currently it is widely applied as filter for facemasks.
- SPUNDBOND is a non-woven fabric obtained by the fusion of polymers and extrusion of fibers. It is very versatile due to its softness and resistance to mechanical traction and high temperatures.
It is widely applied in various fields, such as medical hygiene, agriculture, and industrial.
Currently it is widely applied as outer layer for FFP2/FFP3 and surgical masks.
