Our attorneys’ credentials are second to none and their practical skills match their resumes. All of our litigation principals and many of our associates have significant trial experience. Our practice is built on repeat business from some of the most astute consumers of legal services in America. Over the years, our client base has grown and diversified to include major U.S. companies, which bring us some of their most difficult and tangled legal problems. We are able to attract sophisticated clients for major cases because we occupy a key competitive niche: top level performance with better service and lower costs than many larger firms with comparable lawyers. We do this by avoiding much of the overhead and bureaucratic costs that bog down many larger firms. Also, since we hire most attorneys laterally, we avoid the expense of recruiting and training attorneys out of law school and the stop-and-start inefficiency of bringing new associates and summer associates up to speed each June to gain traction on ongoing matters.
