GripWrite Productions is a Chicagoland-based film production company founded by industry veterans Danial Miller, Timothy Morgan, and David Barrie. With a passion for bold storytelling and high-quality filmmaking, we specialize in crafting compelling narratives across all genres. Over the past decade, we've produced three award-winning short films—all available on Prime. Our journey began with Inheritance (2015), a gripping drama, followed by the horror series Shadows of Hidden Hill (2017) and the intense thriller Survive (2019). Our team brings a wealth of experience to every project. Danial Miller, a seasoned grip with over 40 years in the industry, has worked on some of Chicago’s most iconic films. Timothy Morgan, a screenwriter with two decades of experience, contributed to the hit FOX series Prison Break and penned the feature film The Last Tenant, streaming on Lifetime in 2025. Together, GripWrite merges technical expertise with creative vision to elevate every script and production.
