GRIT provides playful, engaging, and transformative team-building experiences using the tools and frameworks of improv comedy. They are passionate believers in the power of improv to help people connect more deeply with themselves and others. Trained at top programs in Chicago and DC, together they have more than 25 years of experience performing, teaching, and facilitating improv workshops.
