GRIT is a newly established social enterprise with a strong commitment to helping individuals grow through mindset transformation, skill-building, and purposeful career direction. Evolving from a grassroots community, GRIT focuses on three key areas: mental health, personal development, and english class. While we are at the beginning of our journey, our mission is clear: to upgrade the quality of individuals by supporting their personal growth and professional development through thoughtful, community-based programs. We currently run two programs. First, English Club – a safe and supportive space to improve communication skills and build confidence through language. Second, Rediscovery Club – a self-growth circle that helps members reconnect with their values, goals, and sense of direction. Our future programs will continue to align with our core belief: that true growth comes from resilience, reflection, and the right support system. At GRIT, we’re building a foundation to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves — one step, one session, and one breakthrough at a time.
