Grob Aircraft was founded in 1971 and established itself in the gliding industry over the years. Since 2009, we have been developing and manufacturing training aircraft made of carbon fiber composite materials for civil and military pilot training. Headquartered in Mattsies-Tussenhausen in the picturesque Unterallgäu region, we are the only company in Germany that produces aircraft entirely at one location.
Our aim is to be the leading company in our market segment. We strive not only to produce state-of-the-art aircraft, but also to offer a comprehensive training system. This includes state-of-the-art simulators, computer based learning systems, pilot selection and evaluation system and VR simulation technology.
