Founded in 2010 by Wendy Groot after having worked for over 15 years in the accountancy and advisory business at that time. Started her professional career in 1993 working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (at that time: Coopers&Lybrand). Graduated as chartered accountant in 2007 and to date still registered with the Dutch professional accountancy organization (NBA) as accountant in business.
Broad experience in Finance, Tax, Legal, Human Capital, Digital Transformation, Strategy and Risk & Compliance. Sector/industries: FMCG (fashion- and cosmetics industry), business services, automotive, creative industry, sports and entertainment.
As of 2010 Wendy has been working as independent advisor of small and medium-sized enterprises. Being business partner to business owners providing insights in the decision making process whilst driving the organization toward achieving its goals.
Passionate about education, Wendy actively contributes to knowledge transfer and talent development within organizations. Many years of (part-time) teaching experience. As of February 2020 started a Master's degree programme at the Open University: specialisation: Sustainable Human Resource Management.
