Groova’s enterprise software gathers data daily from employees on their sentiment and burnout levels via 30-second pulse surveys. Managers in turn get key metrics & insights to make better decisions to mitigate and/or prevent burnout. All company data is then summarized for executives to be able to understand the systemic issues causing high turnover and burnout at their company and make data-driven strategic decisions to meet their wellness goals, measured and tracked through Groova.
