Our company was founded in 2013 by Josh Avins and Eli Salomon who saw an opportunity to access the full range of a coffee bean’s flavor and complexity through an innovative extraction process. Today, Ground Control’s brewers produce exceptional tasting coffee and tea using a proprietary multi-cycle extraction technology. Our brewers can make a batch of cold-brew in 8 minutes, a batch of hot coffee, and espresso-strength concentrate back-to-back, with no down-time, all at a lower cost than traditional batch brewers.
