Ground Service Technology, Inc. (GST) was founded by Hank Erler as a private partnership in 2001. GST then became incorporated in the State of California in 2004. We hold a Class A – General Engineering and a Class B – General Building, as well as a C-10 Electrical Contractors License.
In 2008/2009 Jennifer Erler became majority shareholder, CEO/President of GST. Ground Service Technology Incorporated then became certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) from the Public Utilities Commission, as well as other Government Agencies. In addition, we are also SCOOP Certified with the San Diego County Water Authority and currently await our 8a Certification from the Federal Government.
