GROUNDBREAKERS is a social impact and ground-up initiative. We aspire to establish a community-centric platform that empowers youths in gig work or non-full-time positions aged 18-35, particularly NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) with equitable opportunities for personal and professional development. Our mission is to: 1) Foster confidence and growth mindsets through the exploration of personal assets, creative passions and entrepreneurial potential. 2) Promote social mobility by bridging resources and networks to enhance their personal and professional development. We're firm believers that everyone, no matter their academic experience, has the potential to reach beyond themselves. We believe that every person is valued, and everyone has a unique story to tell.
