Grounded Socials was founded by Betsy Francis in 2024 after recognising a growing need for wellness-focused social media management in SW England.
With a first-class honours degree in Sociology and five years of experience in PR, Betsy has managed social media and influencer marketing for brands like Melissa & Doug and Miffy. As well as campaigns for household names such as Bluey, Papa Johns, Whole Earth, Clipper, and Kallo.
In 2024, Betsy stepped away from corporate PR and to focus on helping businesses that align with what matters most: Wellbeing, community, and connection. Now, she’s bringing everything she’s learned from working with national brands into supporting wellness businesses that prioritise purpose over profit.
