Comparator Bids - Pricing the option of in house retention or the cost of in house versus externalization.
Other Public Sector - we support the management of housing association contracts with specialist functions for the auditing and monitoring of service suppliers. We offer value for money support for Town and Parish Councils in the management of grounds maintenance in the process of devolution.
Landscape Management - scheme design and appraisal, tree surveys and support to organisations for parks and sports management.
