Founded in 2021, Grounds Hospitality is the brainchild of our founder, Elias Papastergiou, a hotel management expert with a profound background in the industry. Having served for many years as the hotel manager of a luxurious 5-star hotel in Oia, Santorini, and later working in one of the biggest Hotel Management Companies in Greece overseeing more than 20 hotels, Elias Papastergiou gained extensive insights into the hospitality industry.
Driven by this experience, he envisioned a different approach to hotel management. Focusing on personalized service and data-driven strategies, Grounds Hospitality was born.
Our existing portfolio boasts a range of hotels and properties, from luxurious villas to cozy boutique hotels and intimate family-owned inns. With locations spanning Santorini, Athens city center, Lefkada, and the picturesque Argosaronic Gulf, we celebrate the diversity of Greek hospitality.
