GroundsWell is a UKPRP funded research project consisting of a team of researchers, local communities, implementers and policymakers. By working together, we will all better understand and evidence the role of Urban Green and Blue Spaces within wider social, economic, environmental, cultural and health systems. We aim to identify and implement actions to maximise health benefits from green and blue spaces, particularly in areas and communities facing health inequalities. We aim to create a virtuous cycle of research, data, policy, implementation and active citizenship.
