Identifying all of the utility owners relevant to a site, requesting their asset information & tracking outstanding results can be a time consuming & problematic task. By operating a professional and efficient relationship with the utility companies, Groundwise is able to source the most up to date and detailed utility asset data available, offering clients a reliable & cost effective Before You Dig service. Groundwise will typically contact up to 40 utility companies per site - we make enquiries with various independent suppliers (IDNO), as well as the more recognised utilities, covering; Electricity, Gas, Water Mains & Sewers, Telecoms/Fibre, Mobile Phone Masts, Rail, HSE (Preliminary Enquiry), Local Authority (Street Lighting), District Energy Networks & LSBUD. Our Reports are delivered in PDF format as a combined, multi-page document. We also provide the utility results as individual PDF files. All Reports are delivered to PAS128 Type D (QLD) standards. We are also able to provide Desktop Mapping (CAD) drawings, where the received utility mapping data is converted to a single plan, layer by layer, in clearly presented DWG & PDF format files. Environmental, Geological, Historical, Flood and Unexploded Ordnance Reports are also available. A whole range of companies use our services at Groundwise for both Utility Reports and CAD drawings.
