Groundwork Co-Creative (Groundwork) is a two Black-woman team grounded in the principles of community care. We help movement-focused organizations serving and led by people of color create change centered on the voices and experiences of the people they serve. Groundwork seeks to sustain movement work through the integration of staff wellness and equity action into long-term organizational development processes.
