Founded in 2009 under its original moniker Wanduta Management, Groundwork Artist Management is built upon the notion that true artistry can be unwavering and uncompromising and still connect with a broad commercial audience. We want our artists to be exactly who they are. It is our role and responsibility to take that artistic truth and package it for popular consumption. We also believe in the importance of building a solid foundation, setting goals and going above and beyond to reach those goals in order to establish lasting and successful careers. Led by an attorney and former indie label owner, we are a team of music lovers, social media junkies, vinyl collectors, blog enthusiasts, voracious readers and industry folk who are passionate about each and every one of our artists.
