We are carrier, forwarder, handling contractor for many events in France and abroad every year. We ship to any destination any kind of products and materials (high-tech equipments, models, foodstuff, paintings, sculptures, scenery sets, military and aeronautic equipments, etc…).
Our priority is to ensure a high level of services in terms of delay, security, monitoring and costs. Our staff members, all specialized in Event logistic solutions, provide personalized “door-to-door” services, from collections of exhibits at origin up to delivery at the event venue.
Our know-how extends over the transport operations, such as : conditioning and packing of artworks or exhibition products, storage, customs formalities (definitive or temporary clearance), documents translation, storage of empty packages during opening days of exhibitions, handling at show site, or any specific logistic needs.
Our activity is focused on logistic events since 1984 : Numerous trade fairs organizers, theater companies, Museums and galleries, stand designers, major industrial firms or SBM companies trust ESI for organizing and supervising their events projects.
In addition to this main activity, we also provide high standard services dedicated to fine art logistics and performing events logistics.
