In charge of all US and International sales for high end fine art logistics. My core responsibilities are the promotion of Group ESI’s services, including planning and implementing marketing targets, identifying appropriate markets, potential customers and suppliers, and coordinating with our parent company in France to introduce new products and services and increase the market for existing products and services. I also develop and control marketing programs and campaigns, and review specifications and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in sales; I coordinate the drafting of sales and service contracts, analysing marketing statistics in order to formulate policies and assist Group ESI in promoting sales. I review market analyses in order to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing structures, as well as develop marketing campaigns. I anlayse cost expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements as well as overseeing the drafting of periodic marketing reports. I am also directly involved in the hiring, training and promotion of sales and marketing staff.

Adam Crease is a specialist shipper of fine art, design and vintage furniture, antiques, and collectibles. As a business manager for the USA and France, my responsibilities included full accountability of business development in New York and Paris: from creating and maintaining a sound client database to advertising and marketing campaigns (direct mail and e-marketing); from undertaking client visits, presentations to attending trade shows and exhibitions.I was also responsible for reporting and assisting directors in developing company sales and marketing strategies with the aim to create and maintain strong links between all three Adam Crease offices on both sides of the Atlantic for greater efficiency.

My duties were to develop the market within the UK with a vision to expand beyond borders- most notably to France and the United States. I was responsible for creating a new comprehensive international network between all three countries. In 2013 I was responsible for setting up the Paris operations for Adam Crease Ltd.
