(GTA) is a non-government and non-profit making national organization working in the field of community and development through a community- based approach GTA has a team of experts and professionals who are enriched with years of experience in different sectors of development work including mass media, behavior change communication, organizational development, training and capacity building and implementing community development and awareness programs. Among others the team also comprised of members adept at qualitative and quantitative research, household and base line surveys, project monitoring and evaluation and many more technical areas. Being backed-up by its highly motivated and experienced team of researchers and experts, GTA’s competitive edge would be: Conducting entire range of Qualitative and Quantitative Research on various sectors - Public health, reproductive health – HIV/AIDS, STD, STI, poverty alleviation, gender and social inclusion, governance, marketing, behavioral change interventions. Formulation and Implementation of the projects designed for high risk group and general population. Designing and implementing social and community mobilization program activities. Conducting Baseline, Household Surveys and developing research tools and instruments, Publication, Resource and Documentation, Conceptualizing, developing and designing target specific IEC materials and fact sheets Organizing workshop, seminars, interaction and training at different levels, Conceptualizing, developing and implementing media campaigns at the national and local level catered to specific target groups.
