GEMS was born out of CIVIZ, an agency dedicated to digital public communication and institutional strategy.
But the needs evolved. The issues we address today are no longer linear they’re systemic, interconnected, and high-stakes.
GEMS became a singular, agile company operating across three integrated axes:
- the creation of AI-powered tools, from predictive systems like Oracle, to generative assistants, to participative CivicTech platforms;
- strategic communication & influence, serving both public and private actors who operate in exposed environments;
- and intelligence-based expansion, offering support in decision-making, image positioning, geopolitical entry and strategic development especially across Europe, North Africa and the Gulf.
We believe in building things that serve power, clarity and vision. We create tools that act, not just predict. We help people and structures speak, grow and influence with precision. We operate where code, communication and strategy meet in real life.
