We sell tens of thousands of customized apparel and accessories, but our true product is our proprietary web platform. Our platform and process addresses the major pain points of buying apparel or bells and whistles in an organization and lets groups move their entire process online.
What this means is that everything that used to fall to the customer to handle manually before, like collecting size data from members, and gathering the funds, is handled by us with much more automation and ease. To have designs made for their order, clients are matched with a designer through our software. Quotes are then generated instantly from the employee dashboard making our sales reps much more responsive. Ordering is handled through proprietary e-commerce store, and managing the production process is being almost entirely automated with our production portal. Soon customers will even be able to track their orders as they go through the production process.
