In the year 2000, Chris Nagle & Greg Wolfe purchased and executed a major facilities restoration while implementing a brand and marketing campaign to re-open as a newly created Bed & Breakfast niché and offseason retreat center. They created a higher-end environment and pricing structure, driving annual revenue 5x in 4 years. The property was eventually transitioned into 10 separate condominium units that were sold individually and set up a rental and property management structure.
