Grow 19

At Grow 19 we are committed to empowering our learners to develop the skills and confidence to become as independent as possible and achieve across all aspects of their life. We set high expectations; learners must be willing to work hard and are encouraged to take pride in what they achieve. We have developed an exciting and inclusive curriculum to meet the diverse needs of all our learners. We have developed outstanding relationships with employers and organisations within local communities across the Maidstone and Malling area and work together to provide opportunities for learning and work experience. College life is different from School, it is an adult environment with a positive learning culture. We offer individual coaching and mentoring to support our learners throughout their time at Grow 19 and when the time is right also support their transition into either employment, supported employment, volunteering or social care
