The founder of Grow, Nic Vial, was raised on a farm in Scholls, Oregon, developing a strong work ethic at a very early age. He graduated from Oregon State University’s construction engineering program in 2003, where he received the “Outstanding Student of the Year” Award. This entrepreneurial spirit was the driving force in developing Grow Construction.
At Grow Construction, we continue a long lineage of strong technical skills and combine them with our ability to create loyal relationships, so we can build and maintain the areas that surround us. Named after Nic’s fifth-generation grandfather Henry Grow, who was a pioneer in building design and construction, Grow Construction is dedicated to building both physical structures and long-term relationships that last. This long-term vision allows all those involved in the organization to make decisions that hold strong to our core values. Just like those buildings that were designed and built in the mid-1800s by Henry Grow, we intend to still be talked about as having positive leadership and long-term vision for centuries.
