Grow Tall is a boutique social impact consultancy that equips corporate and nonprofit teams with new approaches to program and strategic partnership development for youth and communities of color. We do this by creating and improving programs, training staff on best practices for implementation, and establishing partnerships to improve outcomes and impact. We are on a mission to work within and alongside underserved communities to close the opportunity and achievement gaps for youth and BIPOC folks. We evaluate existing programs and use that data to develop new or supplemental programs, or learning tools that help organizations increase efficiency, impact, and scale. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬: We leverage institutional knowledge and our existing network to help your organization develop and implement a strategy to develop strategic partnerships. Our strategies help spark and maintain partnerships that build community trust and increase brand awareness. This looks like, but isn’t limited to coaching teams on how to effectively run our recommended program or training teams on how to use engagement strategies we build for them. With over a decade of expertise managing out-of-school time programs, community partnerships, service-learning, program development, and recruitment strategy for local and national organizations, we are ready to help your organization strengthen its social impact initiatives, build community trust, and increase brand awareness.
