Growing With Gratitude (GWG) is a leading provider of mental well- being programs across Australia. We’ve impacted over a quarter of million young people and helped over 800 schools and communities. We are officially endorsed by Governments nationally. Since 2014 we have immersed ourselves in helping schools and communities set up or add to their mental well-being strategy. Our obsession and expertise is in helping schools and communities take action to embed a strong, robust culture for the long term.
Our philosophy is just like a skill in a sport: resilience can be practiced. Growing With Gratitude builds and protects young people’s mental health. We do this by teaching skills based on gratitude, kindness, empathy, positive reflection and serving others, resulting in greater resilience, ownership and adaptable thinking. Furthermore we are teaching skills that help to overcome adversity and challenges, as well as teaching young people to be great citizens.
