The mission at Growing Through It, LLC is to empower leaders and organizations to create healthy workplace culture and increase the feeling of belonging within diverse teams through education, coaching, and consulting. Strengthen the capacity for pharmacy professionals to navigate a culture shift through education, workforce development, coaching, and leadership consulting. 3. Provide space(s) for vulnerable conversations allowing people to speak freely in a non-judgmental environment. 4. Develop an inclusive and anti-racist culture. 5. Enhance employee experience at all levels of the organization. We accomplish this mission in partnership with leaders and organizations who see to create a culture of belonging through a series of small, but vulnerable conversations where people are allowed to speak freely in a non-judgmental environment.
