Grow with Satori

Grow with Satori is intended to enable awakening through self-discovery. Satori by definition is a sudden enlightenment and a state of consciousness attained by intuitive illumination representing the spiritual goal of Zen Buddhism. It refers to the inner, intuitive experience of Enlightenment. So all in all, I am a creator, collaborator and coach at Grow with Satori. We do so through Learning Journeys that are carefully and intentionally crafted to cater to a blend of modalities and learning preferences. Each offering weaves a blend of interventions into a well thought through journey and may include: Instructor led sessions (both virtual and in-person), coaching (one on one, group, and team coaching), self-study (articles or videos), project work (individual projects or action learning projects in teams), quizzes and games, research, journaling, activities (involving psychodrama and art), and community or social activities that lead to phenomenal learning. We engage with ICF certified coaches who are able to bring in the knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Transactional Analysis (TA) to transform as many lives as possible. We also have certified Harrison Assessors, Belbin Assessors, and Interaction Styles Assessors. Each of these reports offer holistic awareness about oneself and can complement several learning interventions. We are equipped to use these in skills building as appropriate.
