Grow Manufacturing Initiative

The Grow Manufacturing Initiative first began as a way to address the lack of skilled labor in the North State and, as a result, support local industry growth. GMI is an association of Northern California Manufacturers and Suppliers that work together to solve common industry issues such as; recruiting talent, workforce retention strategies and identifying training needs. GMI members include manufacturers, suppliers, financial institutions, training, education, business service, and private organizations. We are an industry-led organization that supports business development, job creation, and local networking.
