About Grown bio - Growing Compostable Mycelium Packaging
We are replacing fossil-fuel based EPS with our 100% natural Mycelium Packaging. Together with our customers, we work to leave a better world for future generations. Our packaging consists of two components, hemp fibres and mycelium, making it fully compostable. Mycelium is the root structure of mushrooms, a naturally occuring material. Mycelium Packaging has similar qualities to Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) in terms of protection. Its strength, flexibility, light weight, water- and fire reistance make it ideal for protective packaging and the growth process allows for customization to create the perfect solution for your products. Get in touch to become one of the pioneers who make a positive impact on our planet every day!
