How it works:
After each match, you can onboard your candidates through our onboarding form, which will redirect them to The Compliance Factory, who take care of everything from contracting to hourly registrations and payments.
If you choose to use the Growth Accelerator Staffing Platform as well, you'll have a dashboard as an overview to manage your workforce, besides the matching and onboarding, as the cheapest provider in the Netherlands.
Moreover we show your jobs on our online channels to increase attraction of your vacancies. Also, 1 week of free targeted job advertising on LinkedIn is included, with a target group of all 13 million people in the Netherlands.
