Introducing Growth-Strategy-Direction Ltd and Paul Reynolds After spending 22 years working in Pharma, in an array of commercial and leadership roles, I formed Growth Strategy Direction Limited in late 2021, to provide common sense advisory consulting support to biotechs, pharma companies, and affiliated advisory and service companies where there are issues to solve relating to: Growth - pace, planning, business development or acceleration Strategy - whether in place, to be written or needing sharpening relating to drug positioning, launch, post-launch, lifecycle, maturity or generic entry or organisation Direction – clarity on commercial team, departmental, product or company direction Having served in 3 multi-national pharma companies and having helped design and build the HQ & European commercial structure for an EU Biotech, I have a depth of experience which enables me to provide a practical view on many commercial questions, situations and issues faced in the industry right now.
