Grow The Game started as an initiative to increase awareness, attendance, engagement, and involvement in women's sports across the Chicagoland area. On February 2, 2022 it was officially registered in Illinois as a nonprofit organization with the goal of providing educational resources to those in sports, community engagement opportunities to professional athletes and organizations, and event experiences to low-income fans and amateur athletes.
