Groww comes up in a shot of changing the reality of many young people in Brazil, who had their chances of access to education and to the work market limited by who they are, where they come from, their color, their gender, and many other situations witch construct a more uneven situation in our society, We try to change this reality by offering free courses in full-stack web development with remote live classes, taught by high-end teachers. By the end of the classes, we offer to our best students a trainee period, where they work on real projects with real clients all around the world. And, after complete this period, we reallocate them into the job market. We believe that we can change the world with education and this is what we gonna do! 🚀
