Grug is a gibberish word used by cavemen. It is a quirky way of highlighting how we communicated with ease when there was no language and now with all the technology and languages, we do not, especially in professional settings. At Grug, we want to help companies build a culture of transparency, trust, and constructive feedback that helps individuals and teams grow. Our vision is to make feedback fun; take out the taboo, the dread, the sense of judgement and all negative sentiments of the feedback process. We do what we do because we believe irrespective of the domain and business model, people are the biggest and most critical resource for any company.
