Grund Cph was founded by Mathias Falkenstrøm, Lars Guldbæk, and Hee Welling with a shared ambition to create a new kind of design environment - one that balances professional work, new design talent and creative freedom.
Our objective is to provide a flexible setup where emerging designers can hold part-time positions while actively collaborating on design projects alongside our experienced designers in a dedicated studio space. This setup aims to cultivate practical experience, foster creativity, and promote mutual support in an environment crafted by designers, for designers.
