Born in 2009 and founded by Juan Carlos Herrero, GRUPO314 wants to be the link to close the circle and coordinate the different agents involved in a construction site, offering a global service according to the size of each project. This is only possible with the exceptional and multidisciplinary team that makes up our urban planning, architecture, engineering and design studio.
Our approach defends visual simplicity, decorative sensitivity and compositional purity. Each project starts from a thought and is led towards a tailor-made solution through timeless, efficient and environmentally friendly interventions.
