We are a team of professionals related to the construction sector, committed to the objective of giving a global response to all customer needs. That is why we work on projects, design (both industrial and interior design) and construction work management. Born in 2009 and founded by Juan Carlos Herrero, GRUPO314 wants to be the link to close the circle and coordinate the different agents involved in a construction site, offering a global service according to the size of each project. This is only possible with the exceptional and multidisciplinary team that makes up our urban planning, architecture, engineering and design studio. Our approach defends visual simplicity, decorative sensitivity and compositional purity. Each project starts from a thought and is led towards a tailor-made solution through timeless, efficient and environmentally friendly interventions. We search to create environments with a healthy mental, physical and emotional balance for users, but equipped with the best technological avant-garde. Being on top of the small details to enhance the quality of the totality executed is our hallmark.
