We are a tech innovation company in the food and beverage industry, and we've developed a solution that transforms brewing industry waste into food, helping to protect the planet from further pollution. Originally developed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, this process, which we have now scaled to an industrial level, was previously carried out in a quasi-artisanal and small-scale manner. Through a centrifuging and drying process, we convert Beer Bagasse (most of which is discarded with a negative environmental impact) into Superfoods. Bagasse represents 85% of all waste produced by the brewing industry; its rapid decomposition generates highly polluting Methane Gas. Normally this waste is disposed of in landfills or used to feed livestock (cows or pigs), but there is no treatment or large-scale industrial process that eliminates its impact on the environment. Our industrial plant is the first factory to recover it on a large scale, transforming it into a new material: Bagasse Flour, a food with a high nutritional base that contains proteins, starches, fibers and lignins suitable for human consumption, as well as animal feed.
