L’Antica Distilleria CAFFO produce e distribuisce bevande alcoliche dal 1915, dall’evoluzione aziendale negli ultimi anni è nato un moderno gruppo specializzato principalmente sulla produzione di bevande alcoliche. La costruzione di un'intera filiera produttiva inizia dalla coltivazione delle erbe officinali, ingredienti base dei propri liquori. Vecchio Amaro del Capo fa parte di questa famiglia insieme a un catalogo di numerose ricette fra liquori, distillati, premiscelati e sciroppi tra cui gli apprezzatissimi Borsci S. Marzano, il Liquorice e l’amaro S. Maria al Monte. Caffo Antica Distilleria has been producing and distributing alcoholic beverages since 1915. The construction of its entire production chain begins with the cultivation of medicinal herbs, the basic ingredients of its liqueurs. Vecchio Amaro del Capo is part of this family together with a catalogue of numerous recipes including liqueurs, distillates, premixes and syrups among which the highly appreciated Borsci S. Marzano, Liquorice and the S. Maria al Monte liqueur.
