Initial Appointment £70
Complete Assessment of current pain/injury including consultation.
These appointments are designed for clients who are struggling with any types of pain which could effect their daily tasks or pain which may worsen with physcial activity.
Home visits available.
Follow-Up Appointment £60
Continuous treatment and exercise programme for patients struggling with pain.
The aim of these sessions is to continue with the hands on/hands off treatment to manage your pain and develop any weaknesses which contribute to this pain.
Home visits available.
Sports Massage Therapy 30min/60min £40/£60
Deep tissue therapy. Appointments can be made for either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Muscles feeling sore, tight and stiff? A sports massage may assist to accelerate the healing process and speed up recovery.

Online Consultation Appointment £50
For those that are unable to travel, we offer online consultations which will follow a similar structure to a face to face appointment.
In order to conduct a video conference call, you will need a laptop, smart phone or tablet with a built in microphone and camera.
Sports Training and Nutrition Advice £50
We are also pleased to offer sporting advice for our patients that wish to improve their nutritional intake and perfect their sporting programmes. This appointment can be done online or face to face.
