Good Shepherd International Foundation ETS

The Good Shepherd International Foundation (GSIF) is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 by Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd (Good Shepherd sisters), an international Congregation of women religious present in 68 countries, to support the Good Shepherd programs in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. GSIF operates as a Non-Governmental Organization in Italy and other 35 countries, to promote inclusive and sustainable development for girls, women and children in the most marginalized and vulnerable conditions, and offers assistance to the programs run by the Good Shepherd sisters and their local partners. OUR VISION We envision inclusive societies where girls, women and children are empowered and enjoy full human rights. To create a more equitable and supportive world, we believe in an approach to development that puts people and their rights at the core. OUR MISSION We are a value-based non-profit organization committed to support the Good Shepherd programs for vulnerable girls, women and children promoting the rights of people marginalized or living in poverty, affected by human trafficking, migration, gender-based violence and other forms of discrimination and human rights violations.
