G-Star RAW founded the GSRD Foundation in 2007 to create a positive impact on the lives of people and communities in those countries where G-Star products are made. The GSRD Foundation complements G-Star's work on sustainability in its value chain.
We believe that knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset and self-empowerment are the keys to economic independence and development. To facilitate this, the GSRD Foundation supports projects that focus on education and entrepreneurship.

Vocational training and education for young people, focusing on knowledge and skills that will help them to learn a trade, improving their chances of getting a job and thus of having a better future.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Life-skills training and coaching for young people, to help them to become independent, seize initiatives and leverage opportunities in order to become more self-sufficient, either as proactive employees or through self-employment.
