GSTND provides solutions that prevent attacks and save lives when attacks or accidental disasters occur. Building on technologies initially developed at Sandia National Laboratories, GSTND is developing a next-generation system for finding dangerous nuclear materials, chemical agents and explosives, even when they have been shielded in an effort to prevent detection. This technology can be deployed in portable or drone-carried form, or in larger installations that scan every piece (100%) of baggage or every cargo container being loaded or unloaded without delaying transportation or shipping.
