GTD Advisors is an independently owned real estate development consulting firm with expertise in all aspects of the real estate development life cycle. GTD specializes in financial modeling and analysis, market and legal due diligence, project entitlements, and development and construction management. GTD is currently pursuing the acquisition of multiple sites for multifamily ground-up development in northern New Jersey for one client, in addition to analyzing opportunities for strategic repositioning and conversion within that client’s existing portfolio. For another client, GTD is actively managing the development and construction of multifamily and hospitality projects in NY, FL, IL, and PA.
